soooo i have been feeling really nauseous as of lately well for a month + now. being pregnant is ruled out. but ive been having major heartburn, tired all the time, headaches...just not feeling well. i dont think this is the flu because i dont have a fever....could it possibly be an ulcer? if not what else? i am soooo scared....i mean ive been some what stressed, who isnt? and i havent even gotten my period in like 2 months.

I would seriously recommend going to see the doctor. Start out with your regular doc and go from there.

tubal pregnancies do not show up on pee test all the time go see the doctor this sounds serious there is also a chance if you are in your early twenties this could be a hormone imbalance

yes, it could be ulcer, but then again, you could also be pregnant so you shouldnt rule that out. Also, you could have some other illness but you shouldnt try to figure it out yourself, go see a doctor okay, this could be serious....

If you took a home pregnancy test, they are not reliable. Go to the doctor.
