I have no idea what you are getting at. Baptism is essential for salvation. A monastic life is only if you are called to it. So I guess you could say .. in accordance with the will of God. But even then one could leave the monastic life and still go to heaven.

Sorry this doesn't make sense to me. It is one's faith in Christ that saves them...not being a monk!
