At a guess you are in the US so I can't say anything on the specifics. However in general terms, if you were driving reasonably and did what any reasonable person could have done to avoid hitting her, then you should not be considered in any way to blame.
However if you were driving unreasonably, such as 75 mph in a residential street, then you could be held to be part to blame.

Usually if you hit a pedestrian no matter what the reason, you will be found at fault. However since the person was under the influence you will probably win the case. Make sure you can get accurate statements from the witnesses, get your lawyer to subpoena them if necessary.

Just as driver's are required to yield the right of way to pedestrians in pedestrian marked areas, pedestrians are required to yield the right of way to traffic, which includes when crossing at a spot not designated as a crosswalk. Although it is a terrible thing what happened, it is not your fault. Your fine.

As long as you stopped after hitting her, weren't breaking any laws (DUI, speeding, reckless driving, etc.) you should be fine from a legal standpoint.
Your emotional well-being is a completely different story.

if u werent speeding, or drinking, or on drugs, wreckless driving, or tried to run away when it happened, u are not at fault. SHE was on drugs and not watching what she was doing, you should not be in any trouble.
