I have a friend who is black. She hates to see interracial dating. She gets so mad when she sees black men with white, asian, or hispanic women. But for some reason, she told me she is addicted to watching pornography with only black men and white, asian or spanish women. She says that the pornography that is black on black does not turn her on. But the one that is interracial turns her on. But then she told me that she does not get turned on by watching a black woman with a white,spanish or asian man, but only when she sees a *black man* with a white,asian or spanish woman. What is wrong with her??


She feels as though she is obssessed. She has only told me about this problem. I have tried to talk to her but it doesn't help. What can be done to help her, she really doesn't understand why she feels this way?? Should I advise her to see a psych?? Please only honest answers, this is not a joke. This is serious. Please help.

1) well, first of all, is it a problem that can be addressed? what is there to be solved? (although its a question, i mean it as a comment)

2) thats very interesting; her means of arousal (a harsh word would be "fetish", but there are euphemisms) is in fact an unconscious expression of her personal feelings and opinions... i dont see anything wrong, although it seems she is not aroused when a black woman is in play?

anyhow, as long as she is tolerant of people's races and cultures in public and in heart, then there should be no problem

only women that cant get a man from their own race get upset when they see a man of their race with a woman of another race.
she might have some problem with men...
