Most restaurants use oyster sauce. At home, alot of people (at least ones I've talked to) use the stir fry mix packets in the same area where you get the gravy mixes and taco seasonings, etc.

at school we have a stir fry bar and they have pineapple sauce, stirfry sauce, soy sauce, chipolte sauce, seaseme sauce, teryaki sauce, barbeque, tomatoe, lemon something..., and other sauce that slip my mind at the moment, basically it depends on the taste you are going for.
