Boo had an accident in her crate. First night locked up, so it's not all that surprising. All in all she got pee on her cow, pillow, and blanket *pillow and blanket are fleece*

I just got done hand-washing the pillow and cow in the sink with a little woolite, and then I realised that there may be problems if there were still a little of the detirgant left in either. Should I send them through a rinse-cycle whenever it gets to be a decent hour, or should I not wory all that much about it?

The blanket's just going to get a normal wash.

Oh, and for next time with the toy, is there a spray on the market that will neutralize the smell without having to wash it entirely? Like spritz, let dry, and call it done.

And yeah, I know that Boo is spoiled. Just wait till I get my own house, she'll have an entire room to herself with a car-bed to hang out in. What pooch doesn't want their own convertable?

Honestly, I just toss anything soiled into the washer to clean it. My dogs bring all their stuffed toys outside. I'll gather them all after it rains and wash/dry them.

Use a product called Nature's Miracle to clean any soiled materials. It's an enzymatic cleaner that will neutralize the biological waste. You don't want the accident to start any marking behavior based on smell.
