yes, kinda, maybe. i worked with a guy that i had only talked to a handfull of times and hung out with outside of work (in large groups) even less, until somewhere around a year we hooked up; randomly. being a co-worker made it hard, but being somebody that i didn't know very well made it even harder. however, we have been dating now for a year and half, getting to know each other more and more every day.

No, but I would think it would put a strain on the "relationship" forcing you to try and do the right thing. Then again maybe it will work. Who knows?
