No. Did you gain 50 kgs in two months?

A matter of possibility. A person can NOT lose even half of that in a healthy fashion in that time, no. If a person does manage to lose that much weight, it will almost surely require the use of very strong amphetamines, probably methamphetamines or something similar. It may be possible through surgical methods, but even then, 50kg is quite a lot to be losing in that amount of time.

Without surgical methods there would also almost guarenteeably be the lose skin problem, because it would've had such little time to reform itself.

All in all, if you're looking at what is physically humanly possible, I would say losing that much is, but it would be rather difficult to do wtihout dying in the process.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! Not easy by natural means. If a person is very heavy, like over 400 pounds, then it's possible to have surgery to limit the size of the stomach and lose weight very rapidly (under the supervision of a doctor, of course).

Not safe but not impossible. I lost about 20kgs in two months but I also didnt have that much fat. If I tried harder I could've lost more. Yes it's possible. Although ideally you want to lose about 1kgs of fat every week if you are dieting that is a safer goal to have.
