One day I was walking home from school and suddenly within only a moment a wave swept over me and I knew EVERYTHING and understood EVERYTHING. Then poof it was gone and I was only left with knowing that I knew everything. I immediantly tried to remember anything or the biggest thing that had to do with everything and I couldn't remember anything. Is this a phoneminia that anyone knows about?

Yeah it happened to me when I woke up one morning in the same bed I had gotten into the night before. I mentioned it to my wife, and she said, that does it we're getting a new washer and dryer.
It's called Reversed Epiphany, and in clinical studies they just click their tongues and roll their eyes; and the only thing I could say that would even break the spell was I looked straight at them and said "I'm addicted to placebos."
Anyway it's called Reversed Epiphany, or did I say that already; and if if makes you feel any better I'll pray for your soul.
