Apparently I am under great stress. Any ideas on how to destress quickly?

ROFL!! your question is quite humorous .. and telling!
de-stressing is not something you do "quickly'!!

Best way is to slow your life down, eliminate things that are superfluous, make sure you have an hour of time just for you every day. Write it in your schedule if you have to. Don't pay your bills while eating. Seriously. And that hour for YOU? Do something FUN and/or relaxing. Maybe learn something you always wanted to. Or just take a leisurely walk. stop and smell the roses.

forget all the stressful things
go to a spa, play computer games, watch tv
anything to take your mind off the stress

hot bubble bath music u like hot chocolate r any drink u lick
massage is good if u have someone 2 give it 2 u

I do yoga and not think of anything but the exercises. I also do meditation where you let your mind go free, you think of nothing.
