If I get too drunk, I wake up in the morning wishing I was dead, seriously. I puke my guts out until about 6 00 clock in the evening. I am so violently ill that the capillaries in my face burst and I end up with a bunch of blood blisters all over my face that last several days. I shake like a leaf in a tornado, and I cant do anything but sleep.

A hangover is basically dehydration--your body's cells have been absorbing alcohol instead of water.
Don't drink on an empty stomach, have plenty of water between drinks and make sure to drink water before you go to bed and immediately when you get up. Gatorade or other sports drinks like that can help, too.
Cheers!

You're hungover because you drank too much the night before. I recommend drinking as much water as you can before going to bed, and if you can, eat something first. I also like drinking a glass of emergen-c (I bought it at Walgreens) right before I go to bed b/c it replaces the b vitamins that alcohol leeches from your body.

well first off you might want to rethink the idea of drinking so much if you have such a harsh reaction to alcohol. second, you should keep yourself hydrated while drinking and you won't be so hung over the next day.

Formaldehyde. It's all been turned into formaldehyde by your liver. That stuff is nasty on the internal system. Thus the headaches, nausea and so on.
