I don't think you can think over a week's period of time. Two drinks a day isn't that bad; 14 drinks in a 6 hour period and total abstinence the rest of the week is very, very bad.

It just depends on your budget, how many calories it's OK for you to waste on non-nutritional stuff, and how healthy your liver is. Some people shouldn't drink at all.

If you drink more then once in a week period of time it's to much. But that depends on how much you drink at a time. You didn't specify.

Well I come from the local alcoholic family and I have been drinking since I was 11.
Hopefully it's just a phase you are going through.
A couple of drinks a couple of days a week is good enough. Other than that you are getting excessive about it.

depends on what you drink, a glass of red wine a day is supposedly good for ya , and if you just get hammered everytime ya drink id say once a week is fine but if you need a few shots of whiskey to stop the shakes when you wake up ,your drinking too much

i think once or twice a week, maybe 5-10 drinks per night. it sounds kinda excessive to some, but that's what i've been averaging the last two weeks so i'm hoping to build a tolerance and be able to hang with the big boys! just as long as we're safe about it, i don't see anything wrong with it!

Im guessing alcohol? Id go with once or twice is average after that its a little excessive (assuming your getting plowed)
