a friend set me up with a friend of her a guy she has knew for over a year we had a nice dinner and watch a movie at his house and he ask me back for the next night for a movie again i really like him. but i been hurt by guys before that this is how it always start. should i take this and run with it or just back off. i don't know what to do help.

take it slow
that way, if he does something you don't like, you can break it off easily
but you shouldn't be scared because you've been hurt before

EVERYONE has been hurt by relationships.
There. You now know an eternal secret. Since I'm feeling very generous today I'll make this a two-for-one deal.
The odds are very good that any particular relationship you start will also end. Since the odds are very bad that two people in a relationship will both want it to end at the same time, someone will get hurt. Duh.
Either you will get hurt or you will do the hurting. Or the two of you will remain together for the rest of your lives. Although that's pretty unlikely.
Just prepare for the hurting now and dive right in. No one's ever going to get the chance to love you if you're scared of starting relationships.

No, don't sleep with him. Just take it slow and see how the relationship progresses. If he is the one for you, then you will know it. Just think positively, take it slow, and see where it goes.

you have to be persistant...just try this guy out...its ok if it doesn't work...a lot of relationships don't work..i hope this one does...just want it to work and it will...unless he is a jerk....

u should talk to the friend that knows him for a long time. ask him/her wat hes like, wat are his past relationships like? is he someone you can trust? after all, you should have the right to kno.
