I just bought an 07 Silverado. They are supposed to install a bedliner and side steps through the My Chevy My Way promotion,
They said they would call me in about two weeks to have these items installed.
But yet they didnt have a form for me to sign or that they signed saying these items would be installed. Do you think they are going to try and screw me or am I just paranoid.
Its a big dealer here in Phoenix AZ.

Anything that is not given to you at delivery should have been written up on a "We Owe" slip.
This is a standard form used in the auto industry & is part of the paperwork that should've been included.
Call the sales person & tell them that you need a copy of the form.
Even if they owed you "Nothing" the form should be there stating that.
It is supposed to be included in every single deal (new or used).
The sales person probably just forgot it.

You're paranoid.

I'm sure they are going to destroy their reputation having a public promotion and not following through on their obligation just to rip YOU off.

Think about it.

Just wait the time period they said before jumping to any conclusion, give them the benefit of the doubt.
