I know it sounds like a bad soap opera, but i just started dating a girl who was my best friend's (who is also a girl) best friend, but then my girlfriend told me that our best friend had a huge crush on me, which I was totally unaware of, so now we don't know how to tell her that we're dating without hurting her feelings, or having her feel betrayed. Our best friend has definite anger issues, and is very sensitive, so we don't know how to break it to her gently. What should we do? Our best friend doesn't like me and my girlfriend hanging out together alone, even when we were just friends, so I know she's gonna hate us going out. Please help!

Ask them to kiss for you. It could be a kissoff, best kisser(your the judge) gets a kiss from you. Have them play the game over and over. If you prefer one over the other she keeps winning. If your logical then they would have a much closer proportion of wins to losses. If they won't kiss then they are obviously not best friends AND not into you.

well...if she was your bestfriend then she would want you to be happy. Unless the new girlfriend was a horrible *****. So if the friend is going to be jealous and caddy then maybe you shoud reconsider being her friend. I mean I am a girl too and I can tell when girls are being caddy and immature. It sounds like this whole situation is a bit immature. You need to figure out which one is more important to you. Who in the long run is going to be there as a true friend to you....
good luck

I've found that it's best NOT to date within your network of friends. Because if you lose, you lose BIG.
