where can i download a record keeping software.....?

Question

I'm working as a manager on a apartment building and i would like to keep a record of every tenant.tenant name, apt #, rent paid,etc.
So does anyone know what i can use for this??

Microsoft Excel would do fine. If you don't have that, get OpenOffice - it's free and can also do it.

You could also just enter the data into a text file, but that may become dificult to maintain.
