Most people will feel comfortable talking about themselves...it's the opening they need. So, perhaps begin by saying something easy about yourself, such as what you like in the way of music, movies, shows, entertainment, sports, hobbies, whatever. Then ask your date what they thing about the same things or similar things. The bottom line is, if the two fo you begin to click, you will find things to talk about without having to think about it. If you don't click, unless you have a list of questions already printed and pull it out and start asking, the conversation will die. Good luck.

Ask about their family, possible jobs they might have, how they are doing in school (maybe talk about a teacher you both have), thei friends, stuff happening around you as you talk to them...

Once you start askig them questions if the "date" is going well the flow will lead you to the next question so you wont have to think about what to ask next (unless there is a lot of silence or if they seem tired talking about the current topic...

Hope this helps!
