Dad keeps screaming mmy name - he wants me to help. How can I help? Should I let him get his other fingers stuck again so that we can start over? Seems the harder we try, the more stuck they get.

What are your dad's fingers stuck in? You may try butter, or oil to help slide the fingers out. Put his fingers or hand in cold water, because if his hand is cold it will cause it to contract and this will make it easier for him to slide his fingers out. If you mess around with it too much or wait too long it will cause his fingers to swell and you will really have problems. If you can tie a thin string around the fingers really tight this may also help to constrict the finger and make it easier to slide out. Before you put your dad's hand in ice water, make sure you have oiled it up really good so that when his hand gets cold it will slide easier. You can use soap also. Good Luck.
