I have Windows XP home and in my system you click Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools. Disk Cleanup and Defragmentor are in there. Then right click on Disk Cleanup and select Shortcut which will place an icon on your desktop.

i'm assuming via looking the icons you prefer to run the courses. they're placed at initiate > All courses > upload-ons > equipment procedures There you will locate defrag and disk cleanup I"m uncertain what you propose via scandisk in spite of the undeniable fact that, under no circumstances run it.

My Computer>RightClick your Local Disc>Then look around the tabs for it.
If you are trying to get the icon of it it's located in "%SystemRoot%\system32\cleanmgr.exe"
