Its what you said.
Where i work, i handle the film in the store...i have customers that come in and get fed up about their pictures not being there after 2 days(thats how long our photos take)....
All i say to them is "There is nothing I can do, hopefully they will be here tomorrow". The last time this happend the lady got mad and told me she was no longer bringing her film to our services....
Next time, if there is anyway to look up her film do so, and avoid being cocky with customers, thats one way you will get fired.
