I have liked my cousin's really good frriend for almost 3 years now. I am about to turn 17 and he is going to be 20 in october. It used to be just a crush, but its grown to him always being on my mind. He seems like he make like me at random moments, but only for a few, and when the moment passes its like im one of his guy friends again. But then again, I dont even know if it is a moment. Another thing is, He is still in love with his first love. He has their prom pictures on his wall and a photo of her on his phone wallpaper. They arent going out, but they are jelous when the other has a new "friend". It makes me sick when I think about telling him how I feel. And I really dont want to be rejected and never hang out with him again. I could really use some advice. Oh and by the way, he lives right down the street, on the next corner..maybe 4 houses away. hehe.

You tell him how you feel. Then tell him that you hope to see him at your 18th birthday party. This way you get to flirt with him but you set an obvious appointment that he can anticipate. If hes even remotely interested, and he is because hes a guy, he will take the bait.

I honestly don't see much evidence that he is too into you, or even ready to consider being into another woman. It sounds like it is still a crush to me, thinking about someone all the time is just an aspect of crushing.
You have to decide what is more important, the friendship, or saying how you feel. It's possible that he will be able to get over it but it sounds like it would make things awkward. If he's still hung up on his prom date, that should be a big sign as to what you should do. It's almost a guarantee that there will be a rejection, in my opinion.
Do whatever you feel is best and right for the situation, but seriously consider what's the more important thing to you. Good luck!

Women have an amazing intuition at these things. I would trust that he likes you. If you feel that he is too hung up or intimidated by his circumstances to approach you then you should definately take the first step and have a discreet conversation. Never let an opportunity for love pass you by. In the worst scenario possible, he doesn't share the same interest, and you know once and for all and can move on with your life. And at it's best, you get to explore what can happen......

Unless you're horribly unnattractive, morbidly obese, or live in a southern state where they lynch men who sleep with girls under 18, he'll probably be down for it, so I wouldn't worry about rejection.

Forget it. He's stuck on his first love and she's still hung up on him. You'll get your heart broken. Most guys like the chase and if you tell him how you feel, he'll use you and then drop you.

Just tell him. It doesn't matter if you get embarrassed or something. Most if not all guys don't care one bit if the girls all blushing and stuff. Chances are he'll be the same way.

wow.
hmm lessee .. just tell him how you feel so you can just let it out. if he doesnt feel the same; he isnt meant for you!
also, dont try thinking about him and his first love because what they had is gone & you should just focus on what YOU have with him
:DD good luck

your not going to get anywhere by being silent. the worst he can do if you tell him how you feel is tell you that he doesnt share the same feelings for you. give it a shot, you never know what can happen..
