Whatever the reason is... you must really like him to risk screwing up your marriage and your relationship with him... so here goes!
First off... you can't make someone love you... you can only make yourself loveable! So do that!
It's a game.... find out what he likes and do it! Get his attention, spend some time with him, let him get to know you. Be sweet, don't do stuff you know pisses guys off. Give him space sometimes, let him miss you. Don't let him know how you feel until you're sure he feels the same way.... he's married,,, he'll think you're a terrible person! Be careful!
Just let him get to know you, once you're a nice person and you guys get close as friends, that's the most important thing.
Trust me, if he loves you, you would know.... by the way he looks at you, speaks to you. Guys are transparent!

Both of you are married.. Well, the Bible says that God will not give you someone else's spouse.
Somehow you two feel in love, well all I can say is..this is a hard one.. But honestly IF you two are love with each other.. then you both should tell your spouses. THEN you will see if this is real love or infatuation OR 100% adultery... (emotional or physical).
Get it right! There is an old saying
.. IF YA CAN'T LOVE DA ONE YA WANT then LOVE DA ONE YA WITH.

You can't force someone to love you. You can't make someone love you. They either love you or they don't and seeing as the two of you are married I think you should consider getting a divorce if you are in love with someone else.
