You shower too much!!!!! that can do as much damage to your skin as not. It's more about eatting a good diet and keeping clean not excessively. IF your acne is bad see a doc my friends on meds for hers.

Because your skin is FREAKING OUT! Listen, everybody has a little backne in their life, whether is be just one little pimple, or a back full. But just take it easy, and use some body wash with salyicilic acid in it like neutrogena (which works great, i've tried it), and before you get out of the shower, turn the water cold at the very end...this is really good for your body, face, and hair because it closes your freshly cleaned pores so that crud doesn't get in. Then, make sure that your towel is clean and you change it out every once in a while. If you use any hair products, use them after you've put a t-shirt on. And make sure that your shirt is loose and allows your skin to breath. That's the basics....try it for at least a month. If that doesn't work, then do your own thing. But for now just keep it simple and see what happens.

Go for an allergy test and find out exactly what you are allergic to. This sounds like an allergic reaction to me and is probably to do with your diet. Get an allergy test and try to figure out what you are eating that causes this problem. I had the same thing occur whilst in recuperation with mass spot outbreaks, I found i was actually alergic to cofee. Due to my body state at the time the reaction was the spoy outvreak. I still drink coffee but now things are ok as my system is stable. However if I am feeling I'll or get a cold I must stop drinking coffee as the spots will return.

It is all in the genes. One of your parents probably had bad acne as a kid. I feel for you since I had it bad when I was younger. I used a product called Accutane when I was younger and it cleared things right up. It basically dries out your skin and gets rid of the acne. If you acne is bad though, it will leave a lot of scarring. I saw a dermatologist through the whole thing and they were able to reduce the scarring with a combination of nitrous oxide on the trouble spots combined with with steroid injections.

when you say 'very good hygiene' do you cleanse yourself in a obsessive manner? i think over washing can create too much oil to come to the surface as your skin can dry out if done too frequently. If you feel this is incorrect, maybe you should try a shower brush, or a loofah to scrub your back so all the built up dirt and excess oil have been neutralized, so you will get less breakouts.
Another thing to keep in mind is never to touch it, time will heal all wounds. if not go and see dermatologist. hmm over and out

There could be a lot of reasons why but what worked for me was clean and clear acne body wash. It smells good and it really works. Also... if you shower to much it can dry out your skin and that will make your skin produce more oil so you might need to find a balance.

Get an acne body wash, like Neutrogena. Also make sure you wear a clean shirt every day and a clean one to bed every night - the bacteria stays on the fabric and can give you more pimples.

It's hard to get rid of. You shouldn't need to shower so many times a day. Instead try switching to a soap with tea tree oil in it, or have someone spray your back with a solution of dilute white vinegar while you shower.

The water you are showering with may be too hot. Try bringing the temp down some.
