depending on what type of food you are able to eat according to your diet.

The best low fat foods I have eaten accordin to my workout regimine is quaker oats instant oatmeal, its around 120 calories a pack.

Buy lots of fruits such as strawberries, mangos, bananas, apples, etc. Peanut butter (in small portions is very good for you)

Fish such as Salmon, Cod, Flounder, Shrimp. If you have a Costco or Sams Club their steaks are very lean and a good source for your red meat intake.

Basically anything that is naturally grown or made from organic sources is a great way to judge what is healthy and what is not, also cheerios (multigrain) are a great way to start your day!

Make sure you eat atleast every four hours..so it comes out to about 4-5 times a day.

Low fat food are frequently higher in calories, so be careful what you choose.

Good to buy low fat items:
salad dressings
dairy products
pudding cups
Krusteaz fat-free muffin mixes
pretzels
Microwave popcorn 100 calorie packs

Bad low fat items:
Ice cream (way more calories)
peanut butter (get the natural stuff, it has no sugar and only good fats)
fake butter (this stuff is SO bad for you. Use real butter.)

Be careful with low-fat foods. Read the labels. Often times sugars are used to replaced the fats. You may find that some foods are better left in their natural state. I do, however recommend all low-fat dairy products, you'll save yourself a whole lot of fat that way.
