Please tell me what to do. There are these two mothers in my kids school who are jealous. I've tried being nice to them, but they just snub me & behave badly like glaring angrily at me, turning face away, not answering if i talk. If anyone offers opinions that differ from mine, they join up with that person. They look for ways to seclude me/ not cooperate with me. What should I do. I get really nervous by their behavious sometimes.

I call it THE BITTY COMMIT TY, which I stay clear of each day they gather to gossip. Just act as if you don't even see them and do your own thing. Do not extend yourself any more by saying hello, if they catch your eye just give them a smile and continue on. Don't allow them to make you feel nervous you have done nothing wrong,,,wright, so don't let them make you feel like your a bad or weird person, they don't feel good about them-selves. GL =)

Well my mom went through that also!! Try ignore them and act like you don't care about their comments and if your child achieves good in school show them how your children sand out from one another!! Try to bond with other mothers because the ones that are jealous will soon drive you crazy and it wont be good!! The thing you should most be concerned abou tis your kids and not the mothers!!

Those women are petty and need to get a life. I know it is hard, but try to focus on more important things. OR make yourself known for good things so that no one can dislike you. Do some charity work, volunteer your time or money. Be a good person, then no one can speak ill of you.

uh, do what i do and IGNORE them. trust me, this is just the beginning of MANY parents you are going to meet in the future while your kids go through school. i have yet to meet any parents that i "get along" well with.

Just what do you think they are jealous of? For me it wasn't jealousy at all. It has always had to do with "status" and the fact that i tend to not "fit in" with them. I refuse to be a part of the "click" myself.

Don't be, do what you know is right and never let anyone put you down. They must envy you somehow, to have to team up on you like that. How childish.
