In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth
God is three in one, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
Because Adam and Eve sinned we are all born with a sin nature
Since we have a sin nature we are separated from God
All sin and fall short of the glory of God
God sent His Son Jesus to pay the penalty for sin.
The way to be reconciled with God is to receive salvation (Christ's payment for our sin) through faith in Jesus Christ
Jesus is the only way of salvation = the only way to eternal life with God in heaven

The most important principal is found in John 3:16--For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have life everlasting.
That says it all. God loves the world. Not just a certain church or certain race. He loves us all. He doesn't want any to perish. Sometimes it is hard to follow the Christian life style (I try), but I do try to remember this passage and that God loves everyone, even those I disagree with. Even those who are difficult or act ugly. He made them. He loves them. He wants them to come to him through his son, Jesus.

That Jesus is the son of God who died on a cross for our sins, rose again, and sits at the right hand of the Father in heaven waiting for His enemies to be made His footstool.
That if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
That there is no other name under heaven (than Jesus) by which anyone might be saved.
That all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, and that Jesus died on a cross to conquer sin and death.
And....that one day every knee will bow, and every tongue confess, that Jesus Christ is Lord.
