you've fried rice, I merely had that this evening and it become extremely solid. i do not have an exact recipe reason I made it up off the accurate of my head. merely warmth a skillet or pan and upload sesame oil to it. Then upload some garlic and scallions to the pan and practice dinner till the garlic is a touch brown. Then I extra some frozen peas and corn. then you definately upload an egg and scramble it. Then upload already cooked white rice, some soy sauce, some extra sesame oil, and butter. this is the most suitable fried rice i have ever had. i'm shocked I made it up although.

There's a lot of things you can add to rice to jazz it up.
Try cooking in chicken broth for a litlte extra flavor.
Add a little bit of slivered almonds and some finely chopped onions or challots and a dab of butter. Crumble a little bit of bacon. Add some salsa to the cooking water and you've got a quick Mexican rice. Add some scrambled egg, pork, chinese sausage, chicken, veggies of your choice add some soy sauce and you've got fried rice.

I assume you mean you'd like a recipe for a mix using white rice. My favorite is kima, which I have occasionally (spiced rice and ground beef mix, with spices and sweet peas). Don't eat it much anymore, because my diet is restricted.
I googled it, and found this recipe. Enjoy. If this isn't what you wanted, sorry! But keep it and try it sometime. My wife makes it without the butter.

You know how to make fried rice right?
Make regular white rice, cool it in the fridge. Break it apart and put it in a fry pan. Add butter, salt, pepper soy sauce, eggs. You could also throw some beef, chicken and pork in there too. Its good!

Hit the Japanese grocery store (if you have one nearby). There are a bunch of different spice mixes available that you can add either during or after cooking that make the rice more interesting.

I like cooking my rice with some chicken stock to add flavor. You can also try adding different beans (lima, black eyed peas) which taste really great with the rice. Coconut milk is also a great flavor addition.

I use a chicken stock instead of plain water
saute some onions, garlic, celery & carrots
little lemon juice
and something green for color, like sweet peas or parsley
write me if you want recipe details.
It's a good rice pilaf.

cook brown rice! so much better for you...
but if you insist on white rice, and a little cilantro.. maybe some lime.
or for breakfast, boil rice, then add in milk, raisons, cinnimon and sugar, and continue to boil rice until raisons plump up.
scoop into a bowl, and pour a little cold milk overtop (like you would oatmeal) .........DEEELISH!
