i really don't have any room for any exercise equipment (not unless you know about something that's small enough to fit in a closet). does anyone know any exercises i can do?

I agree with the answers I have read already. But since I’m here already just stand up on your tippy toes over and over with out letting your heels hit the ground. After a 100 times you’ll feel the burn. And the next day you will really fell it.

First squat all the way down while staying balanced on your toes, and reach your fingers towards the ceiling. Now, keeping your back straight, jump all the way down and then go back to squatting position.

Also, if you have something sturdy you can stand on that's about a foot off of the ground, use it as a "stairs" over and over quickly. That really burns.

Try putting on backpack filled with weight. Stand on a stair with your toes and move up and down, exercising the calf muscle (while stretching it at the same time).
