Walk in,Take off my shoes,Rip off my clothes and throw myself into my comfy chair and turn on the telly and wait for my girl to come home and do exactly the same as I did when I got home and just cuddle together until we get hungry and have to decide who will get up to cook dinner for both of us.Which usually ends in grabbing the phone for take out.Oh I love my life!

When I get home from work, I usually clean up the house, do the dishes, throw the newspapers in the recycling bin, etc. When I'm done with that, I spend time with my dogs and family, and sometimes just relax on the computer.

Doctors have some non-med techniques called "relaxation and sleep hygiene" to help people get ready for bed and fall asleep fast. My doctor gave me a copy once but I lost it. I did a web search just now and here is link for you:

Sit in the hot tub. If it is a really stressful day ( and I know this sounds weird) I practice the same breathing techniques they taught me in lamaze class. It really does help.
