I'm pretty sure it's downtown Los Angeles. If you go to http://www.famoussas.com/index2.html their logo has the same skyline with more detail, and I am pretty sure that round building is the US Bank building.

I believe it is the New York City skyline. But, it could also be the Portland, Oregon skyline.
