I want to start working out, but I dont know what to do. Female, 5'7", currently 165 lbs and want to be 125 lbs

wHY? GUYS LIKE A THIGH THAT TOUCHES TOGETHER.!! We call it the "sweet spot or sweet meat" ! Why? cause !! it is so sweet looking!! A gap is a turn off!!

Lose the fat and tone the muscle. Start doing cardio activity at least 5 times a week for 30 mins.

Use weights and do squats, lunges, pushups, bicep curls, etc.

Stop eating food that you know is bad for you and start eating healthily.
