when a person sits and there feet are constantly rubbing against each other or they are ansy and move around in the chair alot, and sit and whistle and make sniffling sounds not do to a cold, just a bunch of bad habits righ? Correct me if I'm wrong all input is interesting to hear! Plzz be serious .. ty :)

It could be bad habits but it could also be severe anxiety. If it is as bad as it sounds the person should get professional help to find out why and to learn to control their actions.

To me it sound's like anxiety,i get some of those symptoms when i get an attack.They need to see a doctor there is medication to help this problem

Could be nervous ticks, could be bad habits, most likely someone trying to keep themselves busy
