I am a junior in college and I am going crazy. Ther is so much stress; tests, projects, a huge competition, finding a job, my fiance finding a job when he graduates in May, planning a wedding. ACK!

I am so tired of my stomach hurting and having headaches and indegestion all the time. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Please?

Yoga always helps me.
Most people look at it as a whimpy, religious, hippie thing, but I'm none of those, and it still helps me.
If you have a T.V. you can buy a video or dvd, and do that whenever you need a break.

learn to relax there a tapes and cd s set aside a private time each for you . some churchs are open go in and meditate. we live on the coast, so i go to the ocean and look out to the sea..

alot can be solved by eating healthy and that doesn't mean salads i mean real nutrients,

have you ever gotten a deep tissue massage? wow that relieves mountains of tension built up for me.

take a bubble bath and take your mind off everything for a while.

Find a nice, outdoor shooting range, and blow through a couple boxes of ammo. Works for me. Works even better if someone's brought a machine gun.

i hav felt like this b4! okay im not trying to be nasty of ne thing but gurl! u should either hav sex or play wit urself..... thats how i got thru all of that stress... oh! and get sum sleep...or talk to one if ur friends.... itll be okay.....

do u exercise? that might help. also taking time within the day to meditate.
