I don't know of a website but military time is easy to learn:
If it is before 12 noon then the times are just like they are in civilian time only they are said differently, ex. instead of 8am you say 0800 or o (like oh) eight hundred, or 1000 would be ten hundred.
If it is after 12 noon, then you just add whatever the hour it is to 12 and that gives you the military time, for ex. if its 3pm then you take 3 +12=15 and then you add the hundred part so 3pm is 1500 or fifteen hundred, 11pm is 12+11=22 or 2200.

It's simple.. just add 12 if you want to know military time for PM hours:

3pm is 15:00

Take 3+12=15 (15:00)

or

3 + 10 = 13 + 2 = 15

You don't really need a website. Start at midnight with 00:00, keep going like normal until you get to 1pm, which will be 13:00. 2 pm is 14:00, 3 pm is 15:00, etc. (essentially you just add 12 to anything after noon, until you get to midnight again.) It's actually easier than what you're used to, because there is no confusion over whether it's am or pm.

You need no website to give you the answer.
Military time uses a 24 hour clock.The first minute of the day is 0001. What we (am/pm) boobs call One (1) am looks like this: 0100, Two (2) am in military time is 0200. One minute after noon, which we write as 1201 pm is 1201. One pm is 1300 and so on up to 2400 (midnight).
They tuck-on that - to me totally unnecessary 'hours' just to be ornery, I guess.

I will just help you instead. midnight is 00:00 or zero hundred hours, than its 1 am all the way until 12pm(non) and where it would be 1 pm it becomes 13:00 or thirteen hundred all the way until 23:39 or normally 11:59 at night(pm), its a 24hour clock, rather than the standard 12 hour clock, hope that helps.

It's easy.

It's a 24 hour clock. 0000hrs to 1200hrs is morning.

Instead of starting over at 1:00. you go to 1300hrs. 2:00 would be 1400hrs, and so on.

Rule of thumb, time minus 12 gives you the time.

1600hrs-1200hrs= 4:00 pm.

army,

It's often referred to as the 24-hour clock. It's easy!

Midnight is 0:00
Each hour after that is by one until noon...0100 one in the morning, 0800, eight in the morning...until 1200, noon.

After noon, take what's on the clock and add 12. Example, 1 p.m. = 1300...8 p.m. = 2000...11 p.m. = 2300 until midnight, when it starts over again.

0400 hours=4 a.m
1500 hours=3 p.m
0000 hours=midnight
1200hours=noon
0000-1159=a.m time
1200-2359=p.m time
If the time is over twelve hundred hours you take the number and minus twelve from it to get what time it is p.m. If the time is under 1200 then that's the time a.m. Very simple.

1400= 14-12=2 p.m
