Can a civilian EMT-P try out for pararescue and not have to attend all the training courses?

No. By the way if you decide to do it, LOL.good luck. The dropout rate is higher than that of the Navy Seals. If you make it past the qualifications run, pipeline training will probably get you. Make damn sure its something you really want to do. You do know the slogan right? "We die so others may live". You had best be sure. Becoming a PJ is not a light issue at all and should be taken DEADLY SERIOUS.
I don't want to detour you from joining if you decide to at a later date. I just figured you might want the no BS version of how it is.

any one will get training for their job, they dont care what your background is.
