I Am in the process of tryin to find out why i cant get any spark i just replaced the distributor cap and rotar and the ignition coil and the plugs can any one else give me advice on what else could be wrong for it not to get any spark ..NO FUNNY BUSINESS EITHER

Most likely the ignition module is bad. (it is the square "box" that ties into the distributor
Take it off the inner fender and look at the back. If it is a clear gel
it is bad. It should be a dark honey color.

i see you got some good answer so for,, but , have the brain in it check, you might have blow it,,, recheck, the wire ,to the motor,, too the started swith could , have gone bad, now wher the distributor,an coil plug in ,could be the problem,,,, on the 85, you find the brain on the fencer wall, they give a lot of troublem, an where they all plug in , some time go bad, if you can get the wire, that hook, the coil,dis, an, the brain on fencer wall,,,an try their, 90 per cent it going to be their

Distrubutor stator, or pick up, in the dist.
