Every time I click the link to try to request a PayPal debit card it takes me right back to my main account page...any idea why?

This is exactly what I do, and when I click the link to request the card, it takes me right back to my main account page. Anyone with a newer account have this happening?

Submit a query to PayPal. If anyone here posts a link for you to try - don't do it! They can be phishing for your personal info.
Type in Paypal.com on your address bar and go to contact us at the bottom of the page.
