You ARE His business but what you do is your business. Closed doors don't mean a thing to God.
God is a gentleman and will not make you do what you don't want to do, nor will He make you not do what you want to do.
Since He is God He gets to make the rules. Since He is a righteous God, He is also obligated to tell us what His rules are, what the punishment for violating His rules is and what we can do to avoid punishment for violating those rules.

A good parent wouldn't(knowingly) let their child be in bad situations.Would get involved if their child was in the wrong or in danger.God doesn't want anyone to do wrong or be in danger.He wants all to avoid sin and the consequences that comes with it.
lying has consequences.
stealing has consequences
adultery has consequences
