Let's say for a moment that sex wasn't pleasurable... that the orgasm was never created... what would be the greatest thing/perk/benefit of dating someone, being married etc? In other words what would attract you to someone... keep you happy in a relationship with someone?

I feel happy to be with my loved one because not just for sex but of the love she shows to me.... when i get a small headache i ask my sister or someone else in my family to get a tablet but they will ask me to get it or say that they cant go or they will go may be after they finish all their work... but if my darling finds out that I'm not feeling well she runs out immediately even if its night to get a tablet for me... i really wonder at her love.... and i will do any thing for her because of her love even if there is no pleasure in sex... if there is no pleasure in sex then why to think of it... her love itself is enough for me... So still i would obviously think of marring her to keep her closer to me

Lets remember many women do not know how to acheive an orgasm but still enjoy their sex.
Relationships are not about sex only, its about companionship, love, being there in good and bad times, helping each other our, supporting, devotion.
Many relationships and marriages fail because of lack of communication or as soon as things get a bit hard one or bothe dont put the effort involved to keep it together.

Yourselves. Examples: your humor, conversations, time together, the little things that make you fall in love, can't just stop that once you're there it's gotta keep going looks may be a good thing but if the person is hot or whatever you'd like to say, it'd be hard to want to be with him/her if they weren't nice or sweet those things are the main things that keep it going. This might not make that much sense but it's a little had to explain.

personality or having someone to talk to, hug, wake up to every morning is good too. if sex wasn't pleasurable, and was souly for the purpose of procreation, you'd have all the relationship thing to enjoy. i almost think it'd be better so you wouldn't have the need for it. relationships would be built to last without all the emphasis on sex.

I think that the types of dialogues with this person would attract me. A pleasant person, lots of humour,sharing moments by playing games, and sometimes a big hug is better that having sex.

sex is not just be pleased, it has different meaning, it is the highest communication between women and men. spending time in bed it means share your the only comfortable time with somebody, to share your most secret part of your body with somebody else. i know nowadays it seems different, because people very easily jump from one bed to other.
Life without sex like the relationship that you have with your girlfriends, just see them talk about something and then leave. the life will be boring because you will not have any motivation to go out, to make yourself more pretty, or care about your appearance.

Being able to talk to my husband about anything and everything without being embarrassed. Being able to just lay there with him for long periods of time listening to music and not saying a word. And also holding eachother all nite.

Simply being with them, being in their company, expressing love in other manners, through the things we do for each other, the glint in their eyes, the smile, that pure spark of happiness &being content.
That is what i want anyway: someone who just aches to be WITH me, in my company.
