there is a guy in my class that is a hugh grant look a like but younger and i told him i liked him but he said he liked someone else but she moved.
Now he keeps lookin at me and it is creepy, he talks bout me to his friends. He is popular and im not which is a draw back.
I want to know if i should ask him out and if he likes me

Wait for him, If he is interested and has any guts, he will step up to the plate and do the right thing. You may risk more then you want if you ask him and he says no and then is rude about it.
