Of the names, the following are Irish-Shaughnessy, Neiman and Morin. Scottish and of Clan Donald (MacDonalds) Henry. The rest are German. Clan Donald is the largest of the Highland Clans and is pretty active, you can find out more at http://www.clandonald.usa.org. The Irish names can be checked out through a local Irish Heritage group. I am not sure which clan or county they would be associated with, but they do have tartans associated with them and some do have Clan Associations. I am uncertain as to what kingdom or region the German names come from.

Scheele, Herbig and Neiman could be of German origin:
Scheele, as well as similar names such as Scheel (name of a President of the Federal Republic of Germany from 1974 to 1979) or even Schiller are related to the modern German verb "schielen" ('to be cross-eyed') and refer to an ancestor with this particular look.
A lot of Scheels/Scheeles are listed here:
http://genforum.genealogy.com/scheel/
Here's an article about the name (only in German):

The surnames Herbich, Herbig, Harbig are derived from the Old German first name Herwig (Old High German "heri" = 'army' + "wig" = 'fight').

Neiman is a variant spelling of Neuman/ Neumann ('Newman').

Here's a webpage with a number of Neimans mentioned as ancestors of a German family:

And here is a list of baptisms includiung a number of Neimans from the end of the 16th century (East Prussia):
