Okay my baby's father is gunna try to take custody of the baby if i don't let the baby go to his house and i never said she couldn't.but wat should i do about him bc this is really stupid.

Choose your battle wisely. If it is really not a problem then don't make it one. If u have no problem with the baby going there then dont let his stupidity change that. The child is the most important compo net in this situation so set up ground rules with the idiot and let him know that if u say no in a situation that does not mean that he can run to family court and try 2 sue u 4 custody. Remind him only 2 out of every 10 male parents is awarded custody.

well to tell you . its going to be hard for him to take the baby from you . the judge likes to have the mother take the baby. I'm sure you will get the baby.he can see the baby if hes is paying support or not. the court wants the father to see the baby to.let the court tell you to let him see the baby. but i think he wants to be with you and not the baby. see if it will work out for you 2 . the baby needs a mother and father. like all kids do.see i f you can m make it work

I think we need more information that you have provided. Do you have custody of the baby? Does he have any grounds to take the baby? Does he pay you child support? How old is the baby?

I think you should agree to let him have the baby when its his turn and don't worry no judge will take your baby from you without just cause. Get along for the babys sake.

stop cryin bout it and be adults about it and coversate figure out wen eaxhother can spend time wit the baby and then if he still acts stupid then read up on laws and find out things to make sure wen he does take u to court u will be smart
