I got answer on my last question that because they're my parents, they know what's best. So, if my parents are racist, should I be too? They know what's best right? Parents aren't perfect and they don't always know everything that's right, because they're people too, so I think I should make my own decisions if I know something they do is wrong. Do you agree?

If your parents are racist then they obviously don't know what is right and worng. Just because they are doesn't make it right. Everyone bleeds the same and everyone feels the same. You could get a blood transfusion from some one of a different race and it could save your life. So being racist is just ignorant.

Everyone has there own opinions but a lot of times parents are just trying to save you from the same mistakes that they made.But sometimes parents can be just a little overbearing.

parents are human and they make mistakes and have opinions that ppl dont agree with. You are old enough to know right from wrong yourself and you dont have to agree with everything your parents say or do. for example my mom is conservative and i'm liberal. nobody is perfect and its great that you want to listen to your parents but again they are not always right

I agree that sometimes parents commit mistakes too. They want the best thing for us, because they had already experienced what we are experiencing in life, if you think your decision is much better that theirs tell them....speak out. Talk to them in a nice way because they are your parents.

No you should not be racist. That is despicable and your parents should be ashamed of themselves. In most cases we hope our parents can be our role models but sometime they are yes you said not perfect. I am a parent and i know i am not perfect but, i would never ever teach my children racism
or hate. Please don't be a racist.
