How can I do my hair like this? (Picture included)?

The only difference is that my hair is longer, but I love these kinda curls that I would really LOVED to try to do!! Someone helped me PLEASE!! thank you!!!

u can use hair curlers.
or apply antifrizz serum
then with the help of round brush dry your hair with hair dryer
you will get the result
