Yeah, there are alot of cookies that don't need baking soda or powder. Try looking up no bake cookies, they are really yummy.

Verify it's either soda or powder first. There is a difference.

Self-rising flour works. Or pre-made cookie dough - I like using that the best!

Yes, if you have self-rising flour. If you have self-rising flour, you don't need salt or baking soda/powder.

Well I tryed it and it is hard! But there is proboly different recipes.
