I tried removing the component and the adding it back again..in control panel..
I downloaded Internet explorer again..
I have searched for options on microsoft.com but no success...

what is the error message?what is your windows version
have you tried reinstalling Outlook Express?

i suggest you call microsoft.

Try downloading Thunderbird (by the makers of Firefox), during set up it should import your Outlook Express address book. Incredimail is the same.Both are free programs. My best guess. Chow
