I dated a girl for a short while.I then moved out of town and now a year and half later i'm back in town. Is it to late to just call and see how shes been and whats shes been up to?

"Welcome back"!! That is what I would say if I am that girl. If you think you are a friend , you will still be a friend. If you don't call, she won't know that you are back. I am sure she will be glad to hear from you although there might be changes in the relationship that you had both shared previously. If you are hoping for the best....call her. It is better late than never. Who knows? She may still be single and waiting.....for you to come back. There are sayings that goes " If you never try, you can never know". If things had changed, you both can still be good friends. Good luck!

Its never too late to catch up on an old friend. Even if things got a little rough before parting, in a year and a half she should be going on with her own life and it would be nice to hear from a long lost friend.

Go ahead and give her a call. Find out what has happened since you left, see if she's in a relationship and so on. I don't see how it would hurt anything. She might actually be glad to hear from you.

its never too late, if you really want her, i just hope she is not dating somebody else right now, but go ahead, there is nothing to lose by trying
