There are several ways to go about this. Russians tend to say "How are you living?" for "how are you," when saying it formally...

Informal:
Как ты поживаешь? Kak ty pozhivaesh'? (How are you living?)
Как дела? Kak dela? (How are things?)
Как ты? Kak ty? (I don't know if that's accepted, but it would be literally "How are you?")
Как жизнь? Kak zhizn'? (How's life?)

Formal:
Как вы поживаете? Kak vy pozhivaete? (How are you living?)

Responding:

Хорошо, спасибо. (Ya horosho, spasibo) (I'm well, thanks)
Я хорошо, а вы? (Ya horosho, a vy?) (I'm well, and you?)
Я хорошо тоже. (Ya horosho tozhe.) (I'm well too)

That oughta do'er...

как вы? Я хорош слишком!

Yes you do need to learn proper english. r u' are letters not words. I transposed what I thought you meant to:

How are you? I'm good too!

Так расцелуйте моего ишака!
