Cats will sleep anywhere that’s nice and warm.
On the hottest of summer days (45deg C and over) my cat can be found baking in our front windows. Her fur is too hot to touch, but she loves it.
Eventually, she’ll slink out of the sun and move to somewhere a little cooler.
Cats are pretty smart about where they sleep. They won’t sleep anywhere that will lead to danger, including a place that’s to hot (although there version of to hot is different than ours, lol).
The only time my cat has ever burnt herself is when she’s licked the light bulb on our office lamp that gets really hot. Even then, she’s just singed her whiskers off.
I wouldn’t worry about it. Besides, if your cats anything like mine, once they’ve chosen a place to sleep nothing will get them to relinquish it.

Cats are animals with very high body temperatures and they have a tendency to like very warm places. As I don't know how your heaters are insulated I can't say for sure. But as long as the heaters are not going to set the cat on fire, not trying to be funny here, it should be fine. My cats always sit on the heater in my apartment. They sit right where the warm air comes out and they are fine, their fur is toasty warm and they are as happy as could be. Not only do they have the heat from the heater, but they are right in the sun.

If a cat is laying against a heater, it feels good for it.... if in anyway it is hot enough to start to burn or harm the cat, it isn't stupid, it will get up and move.... It is perfectly fine for the cat to enjoy the warmth of a heater.

As long as she doesn't catch on fire, or burn the house down, than it's fine. My cat loves to lay next to the heater. She even tries to attack the flame, but she can't get to it because there's a glass plate protecting her.

Cats will lay against anything that is warm. However They can get burned from it. I suggest one of those cat beds that uses their body temputure for heat.

I don't think so, if it bothered them they would move. My cat does this all the time.
