I've been talking to a young woman online, and she said she decided not to meet up with me because in a few months, I may move out of state, to a town close to my ex, coincidentally...and she said it seems like I am still looking over my shoulder and she doesn't see the point in us meeting if I'm planning on moving so close to her. We have only been divorced barely a year, and she thinks I'll break her heart or something...and she said that she likes me, but she doesn't want to meet me and then end up losing me.

She is just protecting her heart and her feelings. She has no reason to jump into a relationship with you after you have had such a recent break. You should also give yourself more time before getting into a serious relationship. If anything this girl is helping you out in more ways than you realize.
